• Original packaging is required
• Order number or proof of purchase is needed
• Customized items are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

• If the item is defective or incorrect: we cover return shipping
• For other cases: customer covers return shipping

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal).
• Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
