The launch offer is closed, so the first batch moves into production preparation. Collector boxes, display cards, numbered certificates, and special packaging are arranged alongside the builds.
Main parts are inspected, grouped, and partly assembled before boxing. Each package includes the build components, simple tools, and setup guidance.

Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund anytime before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
We accept returns for eligible unused items within 30 days of delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with your order number and photos or video.
Once your cancellation is confirmed or your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
Select models and gym sets offer Pre-Assembled Kit and DIY Kit versions. Pre-Assembled Kit still needs a few minutes of final assembly; DIY Kit is supplied as parts. Simple models are DIY Kit only. Both include each model's standard training accessories and simple assembly tools.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If this happens, contact the carrier first and email us so we can help you review the situation.
